Me and Sarah definitely made Chocolate Souffles last night. They turned out really well! I'm super excited to now know how to make a souffle. What's odd is that I've always heard how hard they are to make but the ones we made we really easy. So I don't know, perhaps there's another type of souffle that will destroy your face....but for now, I don't care.
