well, it was another lovely WN over here at the Jester East. on the menu: Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes (central market/Laura), salad (well done christopher tobobins), extra chicken (matty mat face), beer (adrian and others). I was really happy the way the chicken turned out. It was really crispy but juicy and had plenty of spice! All the other food was tasty as well. well...except the gravy I made which was likened to a pancake batter...thank you Springel.
I think the funniest part of tonight were the quotes. Let me regale you with a few.
Matty Matt Face said; "I didn't know my grandmother that well since she put my dad up for adoption." haha. that still cracks me up. the way it was said, not that it actually happened. that makes me feel different things.
Toby said; "I want to get his chub in this chub" classic line tobes. it's how i want to remember you when you die.
I said; "my dad made this table, and bench, and shelf...when he wasn't spending time with me as a child." hehe...i'm crying inside.
Well kiddos. That is it for tonight. I am soooo tired and I still need to google what a "pot de creme" is. and then make three of them. choose the best one and take it to school tomorrow for a "pot de creme" contest that only i am competing in. I'm so anxious :)
