If I could eat that smell....

I love the smell of coffee grounds. There just isn't anything quite like it. The only problem is, as good as it does smell, it's not something that can be eaten. Or rather the taste doesn't live up to what the smell promises.
Other smells similar to this are:
--onions and garlic being sauteed in butter.
--anything citrus
