I just love AUSTIN!

There I said it, I love Austin. And although I don't think there is a whole lot of complexity to the culture, the beautiful simplicity of hippies, running, music, and breakfast tacos tugs at my heartstrings and taste buds :) I had such a great time with Sean, Ashley and Izzy, and even though I'm glad you're moving back to Houston it will be said not to stay with you when I have future visits to A-town. Finally hung out with some great people in Brent and Will, and we shared some great pizza. God I love Home Slice Pizza!! Here are some of the highlights of my recent holiday:

This is my buddy Sean on our hiking trip down Bull Creek Trail. It's really pretty. However, don't go hiking when it's 29 degrees outside because there are water crossings, and you will quickly find yourself regretting the exercise instead of donut eating decision.

This is the very awkward and very "Austin" statue of Maria the lady/owner of Maria's Taco Express. This is classic "Austin" and they have really tastey Migas and Tacos in general. It's open most of the day...most days, and the location is south on Lamar somewhere :) You can figure it out.

A new Austin favorite of mine and I definitely would recommend! Absolutely the best Sausage Wraps (kolaches) I've ever had, and I know Kolaches!

This is the inspiring grill in the main room at The Saltlick in Dripping Springs, Texas. If you get a chance go and check it out because it's so much fun....especially the BYOB!!

I have never been to Austin, and now when I finally make it up there, there are plenty of places I can try! You should be an Austin Travel Guide
