
Last night me and Sarah cooked for Cynthia and Willard. The evening was a great success of friends, dancing, lots of drinks, and of course food. Here is a picture of the appetizer and main course. To the left you will see a very standard Panzanella including red onions, tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, capers, basil, parsley, and a few secret ingredients. To the right is Fettuccine coated in a rich Havarti cream sauce and topped with grilled chicken breast dressed with goat cheese, bacon bits, and parsley. The meal was amazing!!
