This is the meal. It was manicotti stuffed with roasted chicken, ricotta cheese, and basil. Ceasar salad and some delicious focaccia bread. There was actually a better/closer picture of the dinner but if you notice Sarah's cleavage pushed this one over the edge! :)
This was me, looking like an old woman reading the recipe book and mixing sugar and eggs for a chocolate souffle.
This is Ali. She like the salad so much that she licked the bowl clean. Then took the rest of the dressing home so she could eat more. What a compliment :)

I must say, this really was the best yet. Last week's panzanella was impressive, but the manicotti concotion you created was supreme culinary bliss (not to mention the cleavage!). Absolute heaven. and the raspberry coulis on the chocolate souffle couldn't have been more perfect. Well done, my darling roomie.
