Why do people say “hunker” down?? I absolutely hate that expression!
Funny things said during the pre-storm mania:
“Why is there a show on?”
“It’s important to stay hydrated during a hurricane.”
“Heeeeyyy Giirrrrrl, what you wearing to the hurricane party?”
“Get out, or face certain death.” released by the national weather service!
