Ike surge

This is just a cool picture of water crashing over the Galveston Seawall. They've said on the weather this morning that there's been lots of flooding already even though no rain has fallen yet.




Although not as bad as the Rita evacuation, Houston still freaks out at possible destruction. Honestly, I have not even given evacuation a second thought until I got three phone calls from freaked out gays telling me they were already on the road and I should get out while I can. Whatevs! I'm sticking it out...in fact I went and bought beers this morning to stock up on provisionals. I love Zeigenbach!
