It's a beautiful day outside. The kind of day that no matter how tired you are, you have to get out and be a part of it. I'm exhausted. It's that time of year when life just keeps speeding up, and there's no time to rest. It's times like this that I am happiest.
UIL is quickly approaching and this would be my first year to establish myself as a highs school choir director. I have been working long and hard and regardless of how my students do I am proud of the work we have all done. But...I'm hoping for straight 1's :) and I know that anything less will be disappointing.
It's Spring Break and I'm excited to do some traveling. Austin, San Antonio, and then Dallas towards the end of the week. I think I'd much rather just stay home and do work around the house or build a table or something but getting out is always much better for me than staying put.
That's it for now. I have some movies to watch and then I'm gonna make Tomato Bisque and then dinner party and then dancing at Chance's. Full Day and so excited!
